January 3, 2022 and January 10, 2022 service updates

Whitby, Ontario – This January, Durham Region Transit (DRT) service will be modified in two phases.

When: The first phase of service updates come into effect on January 3, 2022 and the second phase of updates will begin on January 10, 2022.

Where: Routes are being adjusted across Durham Region as follows:

Riders can continue to use DRT service via alternate routes or by booking On Demand service through the Transit and DRT On Demand apps or by calling 1-866-247-0055.

Why: Schedule and route changes will be made to adjust to ridership trends.
