Scheduled bus service adjusted on Sunday, November 6, due to daylight saving time

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region Transit (DRT) is advising customers that several trips on some routes will not operate as a result of daylight saving time.
When: On Sunday, November 6 the following trips will not operate:
- N1
- Towards Harmony: 03:45 and 4:15
- Towards Scarborough: 04:00 and 04:30
- N2:
- Towards Windfields Farm: 04:22 and 04:52
- Towards Wentworth: 04:56 and 05:26
- PULSE 915: towards Ajax Station: 05:00
- PULSE 900: towards Oshawa: 04:45

Region of Durham and DRT now accepting applications for Transit Advisory Committee

Whitby, Ontario – The Region of Durham and Durham Region Transit (DRT) are currently accepting applications for the Transit Advisory Committee (TAC).
The TAC must be comprised of 17 members in total (16 voting and one non-voting) with representation from each area municipality. Details about membership composition and eligibility criteria are outlined in the Terms of Reference.
When: Completed applications must be submitted to the Regional Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2022.

One of Durham Region Transit’s (DRT) main objectives is to ensure equitable public transit for all residents in Durham regardless of where they live, work, go to school, or otherwise travel in the Region.
