For customers using On Demand, when transferring to scheduled service, show the On Demand transfer to the Operator, and then insert it into the farebox. The Operator will then issue a printed transfer.
When using a PRESTO card, E-Ticket, credit card or debit card, transfers are automatically calculated, allowing unlimited travel for two hours.
Once your transfer is expired, you will need to pay a new fare. In the event that you experience a problem, pay your fare and contact Customer Service at 1-866-247-0055, making note of the four-digit bus number, date, and time of the event.
Important: Transfers are only valid for use by the customer to whom it was issued. Riders who pay their fare using cash, tickets or E-tickets are not eligible for the One-Fare Program and are required to pay a fare when transferring between DRT and the TTC.
