Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region Transit (DRT) will be adjusting service levels for the holiday season and introducing service enhancements across the network in early 2021.
From December 25, 2020 to January 3, 2021, service levels will be adjusted to reflect demand as follows:

In a departure from previous years, and to encourage essential travel only, DRT will not be offering extended New Year’s Eve service. Service will instead run on a reduced Sunday schedule, ending at 10 p.m. Customers can still ride DRT for free after 8 p.m. on December 31, 2020.
Beginning Monday, January 4, 2021, routes will receive schedule enhancements to better meet GO train schedules, as well as the new 901B connecting the Oshawa Centre to the North Campus Terminal, via Simcoe Street, and new late night routes 403C and 980 serving industrial areas. The following routes will be affected:
