Take a ride with DRT to the Toronto Zoo

Whitby, Ontario – Durham Region Transit (DRT) is bringing back Route 917Z to serve the Toronto Zoo and Rouge National Urban Park for summer 2022. More frequent and convenient than before, the 917Z connects Durham residents to family-friendly attractions in Toronto.

When: Route 917Z will operate on weekends and holidays, from 08:30 to 20:00, every 30 minutes, starting June 25 through September 6, 2022.

Where: Route 917Z will serve the Oshawa Centre Terminal, Whitby GO, Ajax GO, Pickering Parkway Terminal, ending at the Toronto Zoo and Rouge National Urban Park.

Why: To connect Durham residents to the Toronto Zoo and Rouge National Urban Park.
