Important items
If you've lost government issued identification, medical prescriptions, electronics or a wallet, we can help you quickly find your item. Give us a call as soon as you can.
To help us find your lost item, try to have this information with you when you call:
- Four-digit bus number or the buses' scheduled departure time
- Route number
- Time you lost the item
Found items
You can pick up found items at the Customer Service Centre (110 Westney Rd. S., Ajax). We donate unclaimed items to local charities after 30 days.
Picking up items
You must show identification when picking up your found item. Items are only released to the owner and cannot be claimed by a third party. You must be able to describe your lost item in detail.
